I have been doing business with Harbor Chevrolet for 57 years. I bought Harbor Chevrolet's first Z28 Camaro that they sold. I bought a 23 Corvette from Chris Mack. Chris did a fantastic job explaining every detail about the car, I never once felt any pressure about the sale. The only problem we had was picking out a color for the car. The price was what we discussed. I would give Chris a 10 star rating and a shout out to the whole staff. #Job well done to the Pitmans for the excellent training of the staff.

I had a hassle free experience. Not only the sales team was open to negotiating they also made me feel no pressure into buying extra when I was in finance with Luis. I love that. I went in and knew what I wanted and left with exactly that :) I bought my car from Derrick and he was able to provide extensive information on the vehicle and even delivered it to my house the next day since I drove there on my own. This was a 18th birthday present for my daughter and he went out of his way to make it happen. Thank you for everything! I definitely will be back for future buys.

The finance and final signing was smooth as well, no hidden fees or tricks. The out the door price was the best in the area. We received excellent customer service from Teresa Palacios (I assume she's listed as Teresa Martin below). I was somewhat amazed and delighted because she was so much better than other car dealers we'd spoken to. She is a great communicator and very patient to explain issues and answer questions. She responded quickly to txt we sent and was willing to go the extra mile to make things easy for us. She was delightful to work with! When we arrived we wore masks due to my husband's health condition, and she went a got a mask for herself without any asking on our behalf. So considerate! The whole dealership was wonderful to work with but Teresa made the experience as easy as possible. I admit that buying a car is stressful for me because it's such a large expense and I was anxious but Teresa put me at ease. She really listened to us unlike another dealer who looked at his phone messages while we were trying to access the car. I really appreciate her service!

I just had an amazing experience with Harbor Chevrolet buying a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV yesterday. I negotiated the price over the phone as I’m not nearby and was able to get a great car at a reasonable price, and they held the car for me until I could arrive later that day. The deal promised on the phone was what I received - honest salespeople. Teresa Martin Palacios was the best part of this purchase. She walked me through the numbers over the phone and gave me exact numbers I would be paying. After I got to the dealership and signed the papers to buy the car, Teresa then sat down with me and spent a long time with me. The deal was done and I owned the car and was not expecting this quality of customer service after the sale. Teresa helped me setting up my car on the Chevy app so I can remote start and monitor my car, she answered the many many questions I had about the app, and the car. Teresa then introduced me to Jason Eiler who is a Southern California electric car service trainer specialist. Jason was happy to spend time walking me through the actual car - popping the hood and explaining what I was seeing in the electric car I was purchasing. I had many questions about an electric vehicle as I never had one before and he was happy to spend the time answering and explaining. It didn’t matter that it was raining and we were getting wet. I’ve never had such a great experience buying a car before - Harbor Chevrolet has renewed my ability to trust in a dealership. You should definitely give them a try!
