I purchased this car years ago with a warranty I wasn’t able to use because they still had the warranty under the previous owners name. I’ve called for years with no call back or help. They have no idea what’s going on and won’t try to help. Years of buying cars I’ve never seen anything like this.

Overall Experience: Negative 🔧 Parts & Diagnostics I received misleading information about my vehicle’s coolant system. Despite having recently replaced the radiator, water pump, and coolant reservoir, the service team insisted only that “the system needs cleaning.” This diagnosis felt fabricated and unnecessary. ⏰ Delays & Communication Although I had already received an email detailing all diagnostic findings and repair prices, they delayed returning my car. Each time I called, they told me it wasn’t ready—without explaining the hold-up. When I arrived, Christopher told me they were waiting on car issue information, even though I already had it, and when I asked about the price, Chris again said to wait, despite me possessing that information as well. 🗣️ Service from Christopher Christopher’s attitude was unprofessional. Each interaction involved vague excuses, poor follow-through, and no real answers. Rather than facilitating the process, it felt like obfuscation.

I was able to buy a car at a good deal and a perfect fit for my son and I. Everyone was very helpful but especially Javi, he was patient with me in choosing my car and taking several cars for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the cars they had available and made the transaction seamless and professional. Thanks Javi!

Went online at 10:15 for oil change made appointment for 12:30. Chris Lopez Serice Advisor very professional, kind explain the oil change gave me paperwork I went home he called me at 2:15 car already done and washed.My daughter and son in-law also come to Harbor for the oil changes. O have 2021 Chevy Equinox and love it. Brought it from Wiin in Carson in 2021 with 5 miles now has 19500 miles.
