Interested in leaving gasoline power behind and giving your Cerritos commute a serious upgrade? You’ve come to the right place! Electric cars are more popular than ever, with just about every automaker offering an EV or an electrified variant of a current model. Chevy already has two exclusive fully-electric cars–the Bolt EV and Bolt EUV–and they recently announced three new electrified versions of crowd-favorite vehicles!
The first to be released will be the Chevy Silverado EV, a fully-electric pickup truck, soon to be joined by the Blazer EV and Equinox EV SUVs. Today we’ll be focusing on the Blazer EV, a sporty mid-size SUV boasting powerful performance specs, next-generation features, and a spacious interior cabin. While the Blazer EV SUV won’t be hitting the road until summer 2023, the team at Harbor Chevrolet has plenty of key information to tide you over until then. Read on for details about the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV price, trim levels, features, and more!
The 2024 Chevy Blazer EV price will start at $44,995 for the entry-level 1LT trim, and top out at $65,995 for the SS trim. There are a total of four configurations, each of which brings something a little different to the Lakewood roads, so we’ve outlined all the relevant details below:
The 2024 Blazer EV range varies based on which trim level and powertrain you choose, but you’re getting plenty of mileage no matter what! The minimum range for this fully-electric SUV is 247 miles and the maximum range is 320 miles. In addition to strong performance specs and a robust electric motor, the Blazer EV comes with a wide range of features designed to make the most of your mileage, including One Pedal Driving and Regen on Demand. You’ll be getting an impressive 557 horsepower on the road thanks to the Ultium battery platform, General Motors’ exclusive battery platform that also powers vehicles like the GMC Hummer EV and Cadillac LYRIQ.
Charging the 2024 Blazer EV SUV is a breeze, thanks to three levels of charging at home or on the go! If you’re charging at home, you can pick between Level 1 and Level 2 charging. Level 1 charging is the most convenient–all you have to do is plug your EV into an everyday three-prong outlet–but it’s also the slowest, since those outlets usually don’t have to charge something as large as a car. Level 2 charging is the most common type of charging used by EV drivers–it has to be professionally installed by an electrician, but it gets you back up to full battery capacity in a matter of hours. Level 3 charging is only available at public charging stations, and delivers supercharged DC power to your vehicle that top off your battery in as little as half an hour!
