I drove 70 miles to get there and it was well worth it. .Best buying experience in my 50+ years of car purchasing.

Went in to get some warranty work done, and Vic was able to help me out. I would say this dealership has the best customer service, especially compared to any of the other ones I’ve been to over the years. Harbor isn’t even close to my home, but I’ll be taking a drive to this dealership over the ones closer to my home just based on the quality of service I received.
I worked with Joshua Simpson in the parts departments and Christopher Lopez in service . Both were very friendly and treated me like a valued customer. Joshua found the parts I needed to fix my side mirror during the strike and this made my day. Next day Christopher got my mirror replace in one morning. Harbor service is Great!!

This dealership went above and beyond for my standard service. Very friendly, very timely, and even vacuumed the inside of my car, returning it in excellent condition.

Man what can't I say about Kyle. Kyle is the man with the magic! Funny, great salesman, and humble. Made my deal happen almost felt like he was my fairy godmother. Recommend him to anyone who wants a honest salesman and can share a laugh with. Even offered me food like this guy has it all! made me feel at home!

Took Chevy Avalanche in for Service Engine Light, for Knock Sensor replacement. Second time had to return, because of repeat Knock Sensor problem, potential bad batch of Sensors. Third occurrance, Miguel Reynoso contacted Chevrolet technical support, suggestion was to check sensor, and if not that, then possible PCM unit issue. PCM reprogramming did not resolve issue, so it was replaced. They drove the truck for several miles, to ensure error would not re-occur. Thank you to Miguel Reynoso, and Chris Lopez, and the technician for finally resolving the issue. Great Service team!
Because of Garth, I only take my car to Harbor Chevrolet. I have been taking my car to Harbor and working with Garth for over 13 years. The service that I receive from Garth is always outstanding, I trust him completely, he is extremely knowledgeable and always professional.

I was constantly updated with regards to the service status of my car. The car was delivered later than initially anticipated but nothing to do with harbor Chevrolet. My service advisor was terrific and the bill came in under the estimate!

Garth, went above and beyond for my 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe both times! He explained everything extremely well and worked closely with my 3rd party warranty without issue. I will definitely go back in the future if necessary.
