I have inly good things to say about my experience with Harbor Chevrolet and all of their sales and service personnel. I hate buying cars because of the rush and pressures that usually come with that experience. This was the first time ever, in 40 years of car purchases, that I felt respected and put at ease. I want to give shout out to Brian, the sales rep, and Ray, the sales manager for actually listening to what my needs and preferences were, and for not trying to steer me to something that they might need to unload rather than what I wanted to see and drive. They gave me the price they promised and all the fees were clearly stated, so there were no “gotchas” when we signed the papers. Bottom line, I got exactly what I wanted and nothing that I didn’t want. I need to replace 2 more cars this year, and I will drive the extra distance from my home to work with them again.
Charge me over 4000 thousand dollars and still can’t fix my truck is still in your dealership

I was looking for a certain vehicle and we found the vehicle. But when will dealers learn that placing alarms systems that no one wants or paint protection that can done cheaper then their so called protection. The internet and sales manager pretty much told me that we don’t need my business and they are going to keep everything on the addendum sticker and pretty much F off
The dealership used deceptive tactics. I was transparent about my price expectations, and we agreed on the price over the phone. However, when I arrived and spent two hours on paperwork, they added 10-15% to the price in the form of options that I had repeatedly stated I did not want. The manager also pretended to be unaware of my earlier agreements, even though the lady on the phone (Nancy) explicitly mentioned confirming everything with him. Overall, I am very unhappy with the process. What should have taken an hour ended up taking around four hours. Thankfully, I caught the price discrepancies caused by the unnecessary options before finalizing the deal. P.S. I rated the employees relatively high because they were polite and tried to be helpful. It seems they were simply following a script or policy.
I would highly recommend Harbor Chevrolet - and Jaycob - to anyone looking to buy a Chevrolet! They went out of their way - above and beyond - to make this a positive experience!!

Such a great buying experience on my new equinox EV. Salesman Bryant was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Financing department representative Teresa also assisted me on closing the deal she answered all my questions and was very kind. I will strongly recommend Harbor Chevrolet to friends and family. Fantastic is the only way to describe our experience with Harbor Chevrolet and salesman Eddie Sandoval. My wife and I stopped by to look at a used Lexus RZ 300e with no intention of buying. We told Eddie what we were looking for in terms of the car's price and how much we would get for our trade-in. Two hours later, the deal was done! We are ecstatic with the car and the customer service at Harbor Chevrolet. It's no wonder that this dealership has been in business for over 100 years -- the commitment to customers is top-notch!

This worst place to get your truck to be serviced. I was there to have oil changed but the service rep. Victor Jimenez confronted me with some accusation that I have left bad review on the internet. I wasn't sure what he was talking about. I asked if he can explain what he meant. I realized that he remembered me from a previous visit that took they had my truck for 3 days without fixing the issue I have to the radio. Absolutely I wasn't happy, however, I haven't written any bad review on any social or internet. I wasn't happy. It was true and that what I told him but I haven't leaving any bad review on the internet. But now I do want to leave a review about the whole incident. After quick encounter and bad mouthing me about the review that I have no idea what he was referring to. The matter was escalated to service manager. Unfortunately, the manager cared less and sided with his service rep. I was very disappointed. I declined service and left the store. It was very unprofessional and lacking competence even to listen to their customers. Victor Jimenez lacking all aspect of professionalism. My family bought most of their vehicles from this dealer. We are very proud of the service they provided until the new owner took over. I don't think it is managerial issues but It think it is at service rep. and their manager who are running very poor service pushing customers to look nearby dealer to get the service done. Very disappointed !
We visited Harbor to looking into leasing an Equinox EV. Alan Adoian was very helpful, direct, pleasant to deal with and explained our options on leasing the vehicle. He also was very good about arranging times for us to test drive a couple of vehicles on different days to accommodate our schedule . We also appreciated the lack of hard sale pressure tactics. Lilia was also great walking us through the paperwork.
This is the worst place you can go for Chevrolet service. They are incompetent, slow, and do not care whatsoever about the customer. Do not come here, you’ll regret it.
